Role:
- General Orthopedic Surgery with support for subspecialty interests (e.g. Sports Medicine Joint Reconstruction Trauma)
- Surgical volume includes total joints and cases requiring robotic assistance
- Shared call rotation required to support the practice and community needs
- Must be flexible to accommodate urgent/emergent cases and surgical add-ons
- Practice supported by experienced APPs x-ray techs and clinical/admin staff
- Outpatient-based with access to state-of-the-art OR facilities
- EPIC EMR across the system
Background Profile:
- Board Certified / Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship-trained in Sports Medicine Joint Reconstruction Trauma or similar
- Experience with robot-assisted procedures and total joint replacements
- Comfortable with call coverage and urgent/emergent orthopedic care
- Eligible for a NC state Medical License
