Intern Data and AI

Purpose

Support the Data and AI team in executing strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations across global functions. This internship offers hands-on experience in data analytics AI projects and strategic planning within a complex pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Support: Assist in the execution of Data and AI projects by conducting research gathering requirements and preparing documentation

• Data Analysis: Support data collection analysis and visualization efforts to inform strategic decisions and business insights

• Documentation: Help maintain project documentation meeting notes and status reports for leadership review

• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information and track project milestones

• Research: Research emerging technology trends AI tools and industry best practices to support strategic planning

• Administrative Support: Assist with budget tracking vendor coordination and team meeting preparation

Education and Skills

Required:

• Currently pursuing Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Statistics Engineering or related quantitative field
• Basic knowledge of data analytics and AI concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Preferred:

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau) or programming languages (Python R)
• Interest in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Previous internship experience in data or technology roles
