Job Description:
This dual-role is perfect for someone who loves driving and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen. Youll deliver donuts and pastries to local storefronts in a box truck and support dough and pastry production.

No CDL or prior experience required - well train the right person!

Delivery Duties:

• Safely operate a 16-foot box truck with a lift gate
• Deliver pastries to storefronts using sheet pan racks
• Maneuver sheet pan racks into storefronts using proper techniques and body weight leverage to ensure safety and prevent product damage
• Ensure timely and excellent-condition deliveries
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and storefront teams

Kitchen Production Support:

• Assist in preparing dough for croissant-style doughnuts yeast-raised dough fritters cookies and savory pastries
• Hand-cut and laminate dough with precision
• Maintain a clean organized work area meeting food safety standards
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced team-oriented kitchen

Qualifications:

• 18 years old with a valid drivers license and clean record
• Able to pass driver history check drug test and physical
• Comfortable driving early mornings
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong upper body strength for dough handling and maneuvering sheet pan racks
• Reliable punctual detail-oriented and eager to learn
• Interest in baking or professional kitchens is a plus

Shift Details:

• Driver Shift:3:45am-8:30 am (Thursday-Friday) 4:30 AM 8:30 AM (Saturday-Sunday)
• Kitchen Shift: 9:00 AM 2:00 PM

Job Type: Full-Time
Driver Hourly Rate with Tip Share:$25.00-$27.00 (base wage tipshare)

Schedule: Alternating weekly Thursday-Sunday (4 days) and Friday-Sunday (3 days)
