About the role:

Were looking for a passionate and experienced Single Giving Manager to lead our Single Giving programs.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading the single giving strategy and calendar of programswith the aim of growing revenue retention and building an engaged supporter base across appeals In Tribute and Mid Value Donors
• Collaborating with Internal stakeholders todeliver the implementation of single giving programswith key responsibility for fundraising strategy audienceselection data tracking
• Briefing and training the Supporter Care Teamon Single Giving activities enabling excellence in Supporter care
• Ensuring supporterrecords areaccurateand up to datewithin our CRM environment
• Helping create supporter journeysfor all supporters (newretained In Mem etc.) refining to improve supporter retention and engagement

About you:

To be successful in this role you will have:

• At leastfive years experienceleading Single Giving programs including Appeals
• Be self-motivated and collaborative
• The ability toperform under pressure balancinga number ofpriorities
• Effectivestakeholder management skills
• The ability to thinkcreatively and critically
• A results orientation and be outcomes focused
