Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare right-of-way plans boundary plats various exhibits topographic mapping and digital terrain models for public projects.
- Reduce survey field data perform records research and compile site related information.
- Work within the Public Land Survey System title commitments easements Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards and municipal submittal requirements.
- Proficient in MicroStation and OpenRoads or InRoads.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years land surveying experience in an office position.
- LSIT certification preferred but not required.
- Associates degree in Land Surveying preferred but not required.
- Working knowledge of Outlook Word and Excel.
