Role Overview
Harvey is building the definitive AI platform for legal and as our enterprise customer base grows the need for robust administrative and governance capabilities has never been more critical. The Staff Product Manager Enterprise will own the product vision and roadmap for Harveys admin and governance surface areas including identity management access controls audit logging and more. This role sits within the Product organization and partners closely with Engineering Design Security and Go-to-Market teams to ensure that Harvey meets the rigorous requirements of the worlds largest and most regulated enterprises. You will have a direct and measurable impact on Harveys ability to land and expand within complex organizations by making the platform secure compliant and easy to govern at scale.
What Youll Do
Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Harveys admin and governance capabilities
Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable secure and intuitive admin experiences that meet the compliance and operational needs of large enterprise customers.
Engage directly with enterprise customers customer success and sales teams to deeply understand admin pain points governance requirements and integration needs and translate those insights into high-impact product investments.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Security Legal and Infrastructure teams to ensure Harveys platform aligns with industry standards and regulatory frameworks relevant to our customers.
Establish and track key metrics for platform adoption admin efficiency and governance coverage using data to inform prioritization and measure success.
Drive alignment across stakeholders on trade-offs sequencing and scope for governance-related initiatives communicating clearly at both the executive and working-team levels.
What You Have
7 years of product management experience with significant time spent building B2B SaaS products for large enterprise customers.
Deep familiarity with admin and governance domains such as identity management (SSO SCIM RBAC)
A technical background or desire to go deep on engineering design and tradeoffs.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex enterprise environments working with security compliance and IT stakeholders to deliver products that satisfy rigorous organizational requirements.
Strong analytical and communication skills with experience using data to drive decisions and the ability to articulate a clear product vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A track record of shipping high-quality products end-to-end from discovery and definition through launch and iteration in fast-paced and ambiguous environments

$215000 - $300000 USD
