The opportunity
Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer the Director Member Services & Strategic Partnerships will lead QATSICPPs memberand sectorengagement and partnership strategy across Queensland.
This role strengthens relationships with community-controlledand youth justice fundedorganisations ensuring memberand sectorvoices shape sector reform policy and advocacy.
The Director will:
- Lead QATSICPPs Member Services function strengthening engagement with member organisations across Queensland
- Build and steward strategic partnerships with government community-controlled organisations youth justice funded organisationsand key sector stakeholders
- Ensure member insights inform advocacy policy andorganisationalstrategy
- Represent QATSICPP in sector forums and support collaborative initiatives that strengthen the sector
About you
You will bring strong leadership capability and experience working within communitygovernmentor peak body experience in member engagementpartnershipsor sector developmentStrong understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community-controlled organisationsProven ability to build trusted relationships across government and sector stakeholdersTertiary qualification in management human services public administration community development or a related field or equivalent senior leadership experienceStrategic thinker withstrong communicationand stakeholder engagement skills
