Are you an experienced Product Manager interested in lead role to develop and commercialise veterinary medical device for livestock with Agtech scaleup

About the Role

Nbryo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the development andcommercialisation of our Next Generation Embryo Transfer Device. The early design work has defined most of the product characteristics and the working prototype is now ready to take throughto MVP and onto commercial manufacture and launch.

You will be the go-to bridge between R&D and practical application translating the research findings into tangible product for Nbryos teams clients and partners. You will apply your solid backgroundin medical device engineering agricultural sciences and/or biotechnology and exceptional business acumen and project management skills into this rapidly evolving position.

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functionalteams to design manufacture and launch the product that delivers the companysvision and strategy.

You will be an adaptable strategic thinker but comfortable in the detail with the ability to manageacross multiple teams and drive product success from concept to market.

Reporting to our Head of Platform you will work collaboratively to deliver the vision and strategy for our embryo transfer product own the roadmap and collaborate with a talented cross-functional team to build a product that our diverse customer base will love.

This is a hybrid role based in Freeway Office Park Eight Mile Plains.

About You

To be Successful in the Role you will:

  • Own the vision for the Transfer Device collating and documenting all product requirements and translating them into a deliverable product.
  • Be the main point-of-contact on the Transfer Device project for all commercialisationdesign and manufacture related matters including oversight to any contracted 3rd parties including design houses.
  • Be assessing the feasibility of project approaches to Transfer Device design and manufacture.
  • Be required to prepare and present information to a wide range of stakeholders ( customers investors government board)
  • Have responsibility for data curation analysis and integrity.
  • Establish and manage relationships with stakeholders to progress positive outcomes acrossthe project.

Selection Criteria

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Science Engineering Biotechnology Agricultural Science or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (e.g. Ph.D. MBA) is preferred.

Experience:

  • Ideally 7 years of project management experience bringing a technology device to market (in the medical agricultural or engineering fields).
  • Understanding of assisted reproductive technologies including artificial insemination and/or embryo transfer.
  • Working knowledge of electronic sensors and manufacturing.
  • Experience with regulatory submissions and compliance in the veterinary sector.
  • Experience in communicating advice through presentations feasibility reports management plans and reporting.

Skills:

  • Strong scientific technical or engineering knowledge of device development forapplication in livestock or companion animals
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite project management tools CRM systems and dataanalysis software.
