40Exciting Leadership Opportunity: Supervisor GI Lab
As THe Supervisor GI Lab youll have the opportunity to lead daily operations collaborate closely with the GI Lab Clinical Manager and guide a team of dedicated RNs in the GI Lab.
What you will do:
Work a1.0 FTE salaried position
Collaborate with the GI Lab Clinical Manager to carry out the vision objectives and strategies consistent with the systems mission vision and goals
Provide day-to-day leadership support to staff through problem-solving sustaining change and responding to ideas and concerns in real time
Support staff development performance management and adherence to quality standards
Provide follow-up on quality and safety events
Lead approximately42 direct reports (RNs)and manage performance
Support smooth daily operations within the GI Lab

What you will need:
RN licensure to work in Wisconsin
Relevant clinical experience in GI procedural or acute care nursing preferred
Leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
Strong communication collaboration and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and support a large team of caregivers
Commitment to quality safety and patient-centered care
