Position: Client Service Specialist Firm: Mosaic Financial Group Location: Tampa FL Overview: Do you have a passion for delivering superior customer service while supporting the essential daily functions of a successful office Mosaic Financial Group in Tampa FL is seeking a Client Service Specialist to provide diverse planning and administrative support. What youll do: - Manage client service requests including account maintenance beneficiary updates withdrawals and resolving client issues.
- Prepare and process new client paperwork applications and account transfers ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up (including ACATs).
- Maintain up-to-date client records and notes in the CRM.
- Assist with annuity servicing and client outreach preparing meeting summaries reports and supporting materials.
- Support advisors and ensure efficient office workflow through administrative and operational tasks.
- Answer phones greet clients warmly and handle incoming calls with professionalism and a focus on relationship building.
- Coordinate and support client events mailings and communication with clients and staff.
What Were Looking For: - Associates or Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2 years of financial industry experience preferred; Series 65 and Insurance License (life & annuity) preferred or willingness to obtain in 90 days.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and previous CRM experience.
- Strong written/verbal communication and client relationship skills.
- Highly organized detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple requests efficiently.
- Collaborative and proactive team player able to work independently with integrity.
Bonus Points: - Additional financial industry experience
- Experience supporting advisors and processing client accounts
- Familiarity with annuity servicing and application processes
