Process Engineer Converting & Web Handling

At Duraco Specialty Materials Manufacturing Engineers are connected to how work actually gets done. This is a handson role where ideas move quickly from concept to the production floor. Youll work closely with operators supervisors and technical teams to improve processes solve problems and support customer needs.
What Youll Do
Support setup of converting equipment for new SKUs and custom customer requests
Work directly with unwind/rewind systems web handling and material flow
Design or improve dies and die management
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues alongside operations
Use AutoCAD and Excel for layouts analysis and decisionmaking
Lead continuous improvement projects focused on uptime yield and waste reduction

Who This Role Is For
Youre likely a good fit if you have handson experience with converting or webbased manufacturing equipment and enjoy solving realworld problems on the production floor. Experience with coaters laminators slitters or similar equipment is strongly preferred.
This role is not intended for earlycareer engineers without manufacturing exposure or those seeking a primarily officebased position. A Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree is preferred though equivalent handson experience is valued.
