Rate of Pay: $112000 - $137000/year

Job Duties: Apply established tools and methods (e.g. Six Sigma Lean) to support new product or process introductions as well as process and business improvements. Lead and/or contribute to the utilization of various risk management and mitigation tools and practices (e.g. mistake proofing critical control points failure mode and effects analysis). Lead and contribute to reliability assessments of product design. Lead and/or contribute to root cause investigations using various problem-solving techniques and tools (e.g. K-T analysis) and assess the effectiveness of corrective actions. Conduct and support the development of test methods for equipment process and product qualifications/validations. Develop implement and maintain process quality control plans in accordance with product risk levels and ensure consistent adherence to those plans. Develop implement and/or maintain production and process controls using appropriate techniques and tools (e.g. advanced process monitoring and control tools statistical process control methods process performance metrics). Mentor others in various technical capabilities. Interpret standard and non-standard sampling plans. Participate in technical reviews as appropriate. Support the execution of strategic vision or plans by collaborating with other quality leaders to identify required Quality Engineering skills and competencies. Lead and supervise junior quality engineers.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Industrial Engineering Electrical Engineering or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Team Lead Source Quality-related occupation.

Bereavement Leave 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
