Compensation: $55 - $60 performance bonuses growth opportunities

What Youll Do
- Travel to client homes offices community spaces events and other service locations throughout the assigned territory.
- Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
- Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
- Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
- Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
- Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
- Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
- Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
- Represent GYMGUYZs core values Determination Respect Integrity Versatility and Excellence (DRIVE) in every interaction
What You Bring
- Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA DEAC or NBFE accredited organization)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- 3 years of personal training and leadership experience
- Proven success in client results and team mentoring
- Strong communication organization and motivational skills
- Sales and field marketing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned service area.
