Physical Therapy Technician

Exercise Specialist/Physical Therapy Technician Tasks:

Support Therapists: Assist in setting up and monitoring daily exercise treatments based on the therapists plan of care.
Equipment Setup: Learn to set up and assist patients on a variety of equipment including machine weights and aerobic conditioning devices all as part of personalized treatment plans.
Data Entry & Administrative Support: Maintain accurate patient records marketing materials and patient information.
Clinic Cleanliness & Organization: Keep the therapy area tidy follow cleaning protocols and take the initiative to organize when patient assistance is not required.
Customer Service: Answer phones take referrals pre-authorize visits and provide additional support with front desk or billing duties as needed.
Teamwork: Assist other clinics or departments as necessary always staying flexible and willing to pitch in where needed.
