Job Summary
Rize Home is seeking a positive collaborative new team member to join our Customer Experience Team!
This role is primarily responsible for answering inbound calls andmaintainingpositive relationships with customers distributors and field sales this rolethe Warranty Tech Specialistwill usetheirknowledge of companys products and administrative policies/procedures todeterminethe nature ofassistancenecessary to meet the customers needs.
Primary Responsibilities
Document details of consumer interactions.
Answer questions about the companys products and services through calls and emails.
Complete troubleshooting steps to resolve ordeterminenextsteps.
Prepare documentation for warranty claims and related work or sales orders.
Coordinate all aspects of atechniciandispatch.
Follow up consistently on open issues.
Recommend improvements in products packaging shipping service or billing methods and procedures to further enhancethe customerexperience.
Maintain product knowledge understanding of next steps and the ability to communicate based on audience consumer technician escalation contact.
