In this role you will supervise and mentor a dedicated team of support workers to deliver consistently high-quality and dignified care to children and young people (CYP) with complex needs.
You wont be doing it alone; you will receive dedicated mentorship from an experienced Service Manager focusing on strategic support that empowers CYP to achieve their individualised goals and exercise choice and control over their lives.
What You NeedLeadership: Advanced skills high emotional intelligence and effective conflict resolution abilities.
Experience: Proven history supporting individuals with complex needs behaviours of concern and/or mental health concerns.
Qualifications: Cert IV or Diploma in Disability/Community/Childrens Services (or identify as Aboriginal and willing to work towards one).
Values: A deep commitment to person-centred practice and inclusivity.
