Position Summary:
Harmony Healthcare IT is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of key product initiatives that drive significant value for our customers and contribute to our mission of safeguarding critical patient data.
As a Senior Product Manager you will be a key influencer in shaping the product strategy mentoring junior team members and collaborating with cross-functional leaders to deliver innovative and impactful solutions.
This position is an in-office or hybrid role (three days in-office two days remote) if local to South Bend.
Primary Responsibilities:
Define and champion the product vision and strategy for assigned product areas aligning with Harmony Healthcare ITs overall goals.
Lead the development and execution of product roadmaps working closely with Product Analysts software engineering information technology and leadership.
Conduct in-depth market analysis customer research and competitive assessments to identify strategic opportunities and unmet needs.
Define and prioritize product scope translating complex business needs into clear and well-defined initiatives and outcomes.
Collaborate closely with engineering and product team members throughout the development process providing guidance and ensuring alignment with product vision.
Develop and maintain in collaboration with other Product team members comprehensive product documentation including user guides and release notes.
Collaborate closely with engineering operations sales product marketing and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing adoption.
Drive the analysis of product performance identifying key metrics and developing strategies for optimization and growth.
Mentor and guide Product Managers and Associate Product Managers fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Lead and contribute to business releases for new software versions and product go-to-market launches
Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and evolving regulatory landscape in healthcare IT.

Proven experience with product strategy roadmap development market analysis and competitive analysis.
Expertise in data analysis tools user research methodologies and testing.
Strong understanding of API integrations and technical product specifications.

Education & Experience:
5-10 years of experience in product management with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling software products preferably within the healthcare IT industry.
Preferred experience in data management interoperability artificial intelligence and EHR/EMR or ERP systems.
Experience mentoring junior product managers.

Proficient in Microsoft Tools and Atlassian products.
Travel up to 15-25%.
Speaking and writing English is a requirement for this position
