Job Summary

Connoisseur Media Canton OH is seeking a professional Part-time Sales Assistant. This is an on-site position. The successful candidate will have the proven ability to prioritize work and manage the stress of a high-pressure work environment and will be expected to comply with all company procedures and internal controls associated with the assigned duties. The role requires performing a variety of administrative tasks for the business sales and traffic departments. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to multitask balance priorities take direction possess excellent communication and customer service skills and enjoy working in a team environment that is fast-paced and deadline-driven. The ideal candidate must be able to work flexible hours and be available for additional shifts when necessary.

Responsibilities of this position may include the following:

Answer Incoming Phone Calls.
Handle Prize Distribution.
Invoice and Various Document Mailings.
Daily Mail Sorting.
Perform Bank Deposits.
Handle Integrated Marketing Consultant Requests within Marketron.
Misc. Office Duties that Management will assign.

Requirements for this position include the following:

Possess a professional and welcoming personality.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G Suite programs.
Knowledge of Marketron.
Accurate data entry skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Extremely organized detail-oriented and able to meet strict deadlines.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced high-growth rapidly changing culture and environment.
Ability to interact with management and staff at all levels.
Ability to interact with Advertisers and the General Public
Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system.
Able to work with clients management and staff at all levels
Possess excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
Must be a self-starter able to work with minimal supervision.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Preference may be given to candidates who have the above experience plus the following:

Previous experience in broadcast media.
Previous experience in Marketron.
Experience Microsoft and G-Suite platforms.
