Job Summary
Bring your energy to Aggreko asPayroll Coordinatorbased inNew Iberia LA.YoullReview coordinate and compile payroll data tomaintainpayroll records and information fortransmittal to Automatic Data Processing (ADP) while assuring accuracy for processing byperforming the following duties.

Whatyoulldo asPayroll Coordinator:
Process certified payrolls
Workers Compensation make payments to the workers comp agencies and compliance with annual audits
Develop in depth understanding of Payroll Database to be able to createAdHocreports on demand
Interprets company policies and government regulations in connection with payroll procedures
Transmit biweekly payroll to ADP
Balance biweekly payroll and prepare the payroll journal
You are:
Bachelors degree in accountingor equivalent experience
FPC or CPP designation preferred
5 years of corporate payroll experience
Strong PC skills including highproficiencyin MS Excel
ADP payroll software experience preferred but not
Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
Ability to communicate with various levels of staff and management
