Are you passionate about social justice and ready to make an impact If so we have an amazing opportunity for you! We are looking for a Senior Manager to join the team at our Assisted Living Program. The Assisted Living Program (ALP) helps people disabled due to HIV/AIDS who are homeless. ALP helps individuals obtain a housing subsidy secure an apartment and then provides ongoing case management to help each individual maintain their health housing and independence.
Compensation
The pay range for this position is $65000 to $75000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience education licensure certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
In this role you will:
- Provide direct supervision to the Assisted Living Program and Concierge program staff or delegate supervision duties to other team members while monitoring their effectiveness.
- Engage in the hiring process and oversee management tasks for your programs as needed.
- Ensure compliance among all program staff with regulations and standards set by funders the Joint Commission and any other licensing bodies. This includes confirming that all necessary licenses and certificates are obtained for program operation.
- Develop and evaluate performance improvement indicators through a strategic planning process; report data and identify opportunities for enhancement to your supervisor and corporate staff.
- Operate the program within the financial guidelines established by Division leadership.
- Oversee the intake process ensuring timely action on all referrals and planning for anticipated vacancies.
- Monitor staff productivity caseloads and program vacancies.
- Maintain fidelity to assigned models while ensuring that staff effectively implement these models in their treatment.
- Manage and monitor waiting lists as necessary.
- Ensure staff facilitate the discharge and termination process providing necessary support for the individuals served.
- Guide programs to prioritize strength-based approaches harm reduction treatment and care planning with staff.
- Monitor compliance with JRI and referring agency assessment treatment and discharge documentation.
- Confirm that all staff are meeting the needs of clients through service delivery models that align with current infection control protocols and clinical requirements.
- Deliver services in both office and community settings outside of the office such as homes schools hospitals and other community locations as defined by program leadership and supervisors.
- Hold regular meetings with supervising division leadership to discuss program operations clinical and administrative functions prioritizing tasks to ensure completion.
- Assist the Director in reviewing Incident Reports and Complaints/Grievances immediately upon receipt.
- Complete and submit all necessary documentation related to Risk Management Critical Incidents Internally Supported Complaints JRI policy review questionnaires Satisfaction Surveys and other JRI Performance Improvement (PI) initiatives.
- Ensure all documentation is completed promptly adhering to program division and funder deadlines according to established policies and procedures. This includes required documentation in eHana CAREWare e2Boston and any other relevant electronic record systems and funder databases.
- Ensure supervisees comply with all documentation timelines and specifications as demonstrated by ongoing record audits.
- Complete submit and monitor all required risk management documents including Incident and Critical Incident Reports as well as Internally Supported Complaints in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Bachelors degree in psychology education social work or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
- At least five years experience with target population served with at least three years at the management level.
- Knowledgeable of the needs of the population served; understanding of the range of interventions and treatment required by this population.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and leadership abilities.
- Experience in Performance Improvement concepts preferred.
- Available to work evenings holidays weekend shifts as necessary based on program needs.
- Ability to provide emergency coverage for the program when needed (including on-call).
- Must have a valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation.
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
