About the Opportunity:
Rocky Bay is looking for a compassionate Occupational Therapist who is dedicated to making a profound impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families. Offering permanent full-time or part-time this role provides you with flexibility as well as the opportunity to work within a highly supportive environment at our Duncraig hub.

Rocky Bay is looking for individuals who have:
- A passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Speech Pathology and current Speech Pathology Australia membership.
Requirements;
- Excellent customer service that meets individual goals
- Well-developed clinical reasoning skills that are solution-focused
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with customers key stakeholders and team members
- Personal resilience working in a changing environment
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy from a recognised institution
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience in delivering therapy services under the NDIS (desirable)
- Experience in the disability sector (desirable)
Compliance Required;
- Education Department Police Clearance (less than 3 months)
- Current Working with Children check
- Current WA Drivers Licence
- Influenza Vaccination or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Workers Clearance
- Relevant Registration
