Sunday: 1300-1700
Monday: 0800-2000
Tuesday: 0800-1700
Wednesday: 1300-2000
Shift 2
Wednesday: 0800-1500
Thursday: 0800-1700
Friday: 0800-2000
Saturday: 0800-1500
In this role you will:
Conduct regular security checks throughout the property
Maintain a safe and positive environment through de-escalation and crisis intervention methods
Escort unwanted visitors from the property
Assist with the resolution of visitors and client issues and/or complaints
Enforce and adhere to the organizations Staff and Guest Codes of Conduct
Complete incident reports as needed
As this position develops the employee may be assigned additional duties or special projects as deemed necessary by management.
What youll need:
High School Diploma or G.E.D
One or more years of security experience is required
Experience working with Behavior Health and AODA client population required
Crisis intervention and trauma informed care training is a plus
Must be able to obtain specified licenses/certifications to perform work in the security industry according to the rules and regulations prescribed in Wisconsin.
Must have experience writing reports and correspondence.
Must be able to effectively communicate and build relationships with visitors clients staff law enforcement and other members of the community
Must be able to physically perform all Security Officer duties including continuous walking patrols and standing.
Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security Integrity Communication Excellent Service and Accountability.
