Job Summary
PromoCentricis looking for a motivated entry-level Account Manager to join our this role you will support client accounts by helping coordinate projects preparing quotes tracking orders and closely with internal teams and vendors to help deliver branded programs and fulfillment solutions. This isa great opportunityfor someone who is eager tolearnthe promotional products industry build strong client relationships and grow a career in sales and account management.
Responsibilities
Learn and apply toolsbuyinggroup resources and internal systems to support efficient quoting order entry and client service.
Coordinate with in-house decorating teams (screen print embroidery direct-to-garment) to help ensure artwork and production details areaccurate.
Assistin communicatingPromoCentricscapabilities (warehousing pick and pack and fulfillment) to clients and prospects.
Support client ordering and fulfillment workflows as assigned including item setup details timelines and basic troubleshooting.
Support existing accounts through phone and email communicationmaintainingaccuraterecords in CRM/spreadsheetsand escalating questions as needed.
Assistwith issue resolution and after-sales support by documenting concerns coordinating next steps and partnering with theappropriate teams.
Skills & Qualifications
Interest in sales account management or customer success; internships or related experience a plus
Basic understanding of customer service sales or negotiation principles (training provided)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (especially Outlook Excel and Word)
Strong organization skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to prioritize work follow through and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
Professional friendly written and verbal communication with teammates suppliers and clients
Desired Experience:
BS/BA in Business Marketing Communications or a related field (or2 4 yearsequivalent experience)
02 years of experience in sales customer service account coordination or internships in a related area
Exposure to B2Bsalesenvironments is helpful but notrequired
Experience with CRM systems is a plus
