The Production Supervisor ensures daily production operations meet organizational expectations. This role is accountable for team performance operational efficiency product quality and maintaining a safe wellsupported work environment. Duties and responsibilities- Directly supervise assigned production team members.
- Coordinate with Maintenance to address equipment needs and maintain optimal performance.
- Partner with Quality to ensure consistent production of highquality gloves.
- Communicate with Engineering regarding defect trends or issues identified by packing teams.
- Work with Warehouse personnel to ensure packaging materials are staged according to the 24hour production plan and weekend requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts with Maintenance EH&S and Engineering.
- Conduct daily safety walks and participate in safety committee meetings.
- Hold team members accountable to performance and behavioral expectations.
- Manage and enforce ergonomic rotation of team members.
- Report daily production performance to leadership.
Qualifications- Experience working in a 24/7 operating environment.
- Background in a chemical or manufacturing facility.
- Twoyear degree preferred.
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
- Skilled in conducting difficult conversations and managing performance.
- Knowledge of standardized business processes and internal controls.
- General familiarity with OSHA and EPA standards.
- Strong presentation communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated success in team development and leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
3Working conditions- Work Hours
- 12hour shift schedule.
