We are seeking a professional friendly and organized Receptionist to join a luxury wellness and hospitality environment in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests ensuring a welcoming and exceptional customer experience while managing front desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and clients in a warm and professional manner
  • Manage appointments bookings and phone inquiries
  • Handle customer requests and provide accurate information about services
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Process payments and maintain basic records
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Respond to messages and inquiries promptly

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a receptionist front desk agent or customer service representative preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Basic computer and administrative skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
