Job Summary
Overview
The Service Specialist will be responsible for performing services provided on-site in a school district environment. Services provided include but are not limited to: Copy/Print/Scan Mail delivery and pick up. And courier duties to include driving a school vehicle to the different buildings delivering and pickingup work product.

Responsibilities
The Copy Center Team Member will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude in addition to:
- Operating mailing copy and scanning equipment
- Processing Shipping & Receiving
- Inventory and Ordering of supplies
- Pick-up and deliver mail parcels copy/print jobs and to customers
- Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume production environment
- Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
Qualifications
Qualifications
The Hospitality/Copy/Mail Team Member will possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written is effectively able to work independently and in a team environment in addition to:
- Must have access to reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
- Customer Service/Hospitality/Retail background preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
- Lifting up to 55 pounds
