Senior Recruiter [Advanced Manufacturing]

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple APAC markets (e.g. Malaysia Singapore Thailand China Indonesia Vietnam)
• Lead intake discussions with hiring managers to understand hiring needs workforce plans and timelines
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies including direct sourcing of passive candidates
• Manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Screen and assess candidates against job requirements and ensure strong candidate pipelines
• Coordinate and manage the full interview process
• Partner with hiring managers on hiring decisions and offer recommendations
• Maintain strong candidate engagement and provide timely communication throughout the process
• Deliver hiring outcomes in line with agreed service levels (e.g. time-to-fill targets)
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment and share best practices

Qualifications :

Position Requirements:

• Relevant experience in recruitment talent acquisition or a related field typically gained over approximately 3 years or more with the ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes independently
• Proven experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Strong direct sourcing capability with the ability to proactively identify and engage candidates
• Experience recruiting for technical or operational roles (e.g. engineering manufacturing industrial) would be advantageous
• Ability to work independently while managing stakeholder relationships across multiple locations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in engaging stakeholders at different levels
• Familiarity with recruitment tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience recruiting across multiple countries or regional environments
• Background in agency recruitment or similar fast-paced environments
• Exposure to recruitment in China or Mandarin-speaking markets
• Familiarity with sourcing tools digital recruitment platforms or AI-enabled tools
