Full Time Care Professional

Full-Time Hours
Guaranteed 30-hour contract

Set availability with a rolling 2-week rota:
Week 1 Early Shifts
Week 2 Evening Shifts
Every Other Weekend Required

You will be helping our clients to remain in their homes and communities promoting their independence and happiness whilst building a meaningful relationship.

Your duties may include:

• Helping clients with daily routines (preparing meals getting ready medication night time routines)
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with personal care needs
• Building trusting relationships with your clients families and other care professionals.
