A business development career in Sales Enablement and Proposals within the Business Enablement practice at PwC Canada will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long-term revenue growth for the firm.We are looking for a Proposal Manager to join our national proposal management team. The Proposal Manager will play a key role collaborating with pursuit teams in various lines of service industries and regions working closely with our teams proposal specialists onshore and offshore and contributing to the development of high-quality impactful winning proposals. The successful candidate will offer comprehensive proposal management support provide pursuit guidance to achieve compliance review proposals to be concise and compelling and may also be asked to help teams prepare for oral presentations.

Manage the complexity of multiple proposalsincluding Government & Public Sector proposalswith a focus on project management and quality assurance managing the proposal process from planning kick-off meetings tosubmittingfinal deliverables
Develop proposal management plans andmonitoroverall progress
Facilitate or help coordinate kick-off solutioning and win themes sessions
Ensure compliance with RFP mandatory requirements
Help edit or write compelling value propositions andassistclient service teams to articulate clear competitive differentiation
Drive adoption of the firmsbrand guidelines andstandard sales and business developmentmethodology
Continuously grow internal firm relationships to expand your network and understanding of the firms capabilities

Solidexperience in proposal management and new business pursuitsincludingexperience in a consulting and/or professional services environment experience in an accounting firm or financialservicesenvironment preferred

Knowledge of the entire proposal process and the ability to manage engagementswhile facing competing priorities and strict deadlines
Excellent planning organizational and time management skills

Experience in preparing teams for oral/finalist presentations is an asset

The salary range for this position is $80100 - $133600. The posted salary rangerepresentsthe expected hiring range forPwC locations in major citycentres. Given our national recruiting approach ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada base salary isdeterminedby your skills experiencequalificationsand work location.In addition to base salary eligible employees may have opportunities toparticipatein variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
