Who is a Corporate Account Manager

The Corporate Account Manager role is responsible for generating revenue for GoodLife Fitness by establishing new business-to-business partnerships within an assigned territory for GoodLife Fitness primarily through corporate membership and workplace wellness programs. This role is focused on driving ongoing revenue growth through the development and management of these addition the role is responsible for effectively communicating and supporting these business-to-business relationships with key stakeholders across GoodLife.

What will you be doing

• Develop partnerships and provide service to both existing and prospective accounts through assigned territory
• Develop leads based on business contacts business resources and internal sources
• Directly responsible for communication of all sales information and policies as they relate to the position of Corporate Account Manager
• Execute sales presentations and procedures either virtually or in-person
• Negotiate price volume and conditions with customers
• Generate monthly/annual partnership revenue
• Understand pricing structure of all competitors
• Liaise with Corporate Partner Specialist
• Maintain a customer-oriented focus with careful consideration to the improvement of retention; resolve customer issues including delivery quality service and technical support in a timely manner
• Provide ongoing corporate support for our clubs and associates
• Maintain highest regard for team members and all GoodLife associates
• Record all productivity activity in real time within CRM
• Maintain progress files on each prospect and account; document and communicate the terms of agreements and customer expectations
• 2-3 days a week travel to GoodLife locations and Corporate Partner locations

Do you have what it takes

• College/University degree
• 5 years sales experience
• 3 years business-to-business experience
• Proficient in the use of computers
• Microsoft Office
• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Excel
• LinkedIn/Sales Navigator
• Ability to travel within assigned territory
