We are seeking a finance controller to support our financial operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency cost discipline and financial integrity across the organization. The candidate will combine manufacturing finance expertise with strong commercial acumen to support business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Productivity Controlling: Partner closely with Engineering Site Integration and Operations teams to monitor and analyse the productivity. Implement and oversee standard costing systems perform variance analysis (material labour overhead) and identify opportunities to improve effectivity.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the annual budget and monthly rolling forecasts by conducting actual vs. budget/forecast variance analysis and monitoring deviations from plan.
Financial Reporting & Compliance: Support month-end closing processes ensuring timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with IFRS. Manage internal controls inventory valuation and coordinate external audits to safeguard company assets.
Strategic Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to finance and executive leadership. Drive financial literacy among non-finance managers to foster a culture of accountability.
Global Cooperation: Maintain and update global reporting templates and databases ensuring consistency and compliance with group accounting guidance. Collaborate with global counterparties to align on costing methodologies process improvements and best practice sharing.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in finance Accounting or related field; CPA CMA or MBA strongly preferred.
8 years of finance experience with specific exposure to manufacturing or industrial operations.
Good English skill.
Proven expertise in GL especially in cost accounting.
Be familiar with SAP systems (e.g. S4 HANA/ B1/ R3) and the advanced experience in using Power BI is preferred.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
Good communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
