Jr. Planner

Are you organized detail-oriented and passionate about providing excellent customer service We are seeking a Jr. Planner to join our team and help support production scheduling customer communication and on-time delivery performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally solving problems and building strong relationships with both customers and internal teams.

• Support daily production planning and scheduling activities
• Communicate with customers regarding order status delivery timelines and scheduling updates
• Coordinate with Production Purchasing Quality and Shipping teams to ensure customer requirements are met
• Monitor open orders and identify potential delays or scheduling concerns
• Maintain accurate information within the ERP/MRP system
• Assist with prioritizing jobs based on customer demand and production capacity
• Prepare reports related to scheduling backlog and delivery performance
• Help drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up

What Were Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel and Outlook
• Prior manufacturing planning scheduling or customer service experience preferred
• ERP/MRP system experience is a plus
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
