Become a Key Player as a Maintenance Coordinator
You will coordinate and optimize maintenance planning and scheduling to maximize equipment reliability and meet production schedules. You will work closely with Operations Engineering EHS and Procurement to align maintenance windows and manage contractors. This is an onsite role with shift start options at 6:00am 7:00am or 8:00am.
Heres How Youll Make an Impact on the Team
- Update and maintain the CMMS with accurate work order asset and parts information.
- Stage prioritize and schedule preventive predictive and corrective maintenance to fit production windows.
- Develop weekly and daily maintenance schedules and coordinate planned shutdowns/turnarounds.
- Monitor and resolve short-term capacity conflicts including staffing reassignments and contractor support.
- Manage and schedule contractors/vendors and ensure compliance with contractor management and EHS requirements.
- Coordinate with Operations Engineering Quality and EHS to progress work orders and remove holds.
- Create split and update work orders coordinate inspections and sign-offs and ensure timely closeout with proper codes and parts/labor tracking.
- Track job progress across maintenance shops and external vendors; escalate discrepancies and delays.
- Coordinate release and kitting of materials spares and consumables; communicate component shortages and track purchase/repair orders.
- Prepare and deliver status updates and reports on job progress backlog PM compliance and reliability trends.
- Support recovery plans maintain job plans and technical documentation and promote EHS and regulatory compliance.
Heres What Youll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- Two years of maintenance planning/scheduling maintenance coordination or production support experience in a computerized environment or demonstrated ability to perform the described responsibilities.
- Working knowledge of CMMS/EAM systems (e.g. SAP PM Maximo EAM or equivalent) and maintenance workflows (PM/PdM/CM).
- Understanding of maintenance resource and capacity planning and familiarity with MRO spares and basic MRP concepts.
- Ability to read and interpret routings job plans schematics P&IDs and blueprints.
- Proficiency with Excel Outlook and standard office/reporting tools; experience with dashboards/reporting preferred.
- Effective verbal written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks involving standing and walking.

- Exposure to reliability/maintenance frameworks (e.g. TPM RCM).
- Familiarity with maintenance KPIs such as PM compliance backlog MTBF and MTTR.
- Experience coordinating contractors and vendor management processes.
Pay Range
$20.00 - $28.00/hour
