About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate new graduate or final-year student looking to build a rewarding career in allied health with a strong NDIS and disability focus.
Youll work with a diverse range of clients across paediatric and adult caseloads while receiving the structure supervision and mentoring needed to confidently transition into professional practice. We tailor your caseload to align with your interests experience level and long-term career goals ensuring you feel supported as you grow.
Our graduate program is designed to provide a gradual and supported introduction to clinical practice including exposure to more complex presentations as your confidence and skills develop.

Key Responsibilities
- Assessment and diagnosis of communication disorders
- Development and implementation of evidence-based treatment plans
- Design trial and implementation of low and high-tech communication devices
- Assessment and management of swallowing difficulties
- Collaborating with allied health professionals GPs families and support networks
- Providing education and support to clients families and the wider community
- Participating in supervision mentoring and ongoing learning opportunities
