Job Summary
Simply Helping Outer South East is seeking a highly motivated and results driven Office Manager with a strong basis in Business Development. Our office is based in the City of Casey and we offer hybrid working arrangements across the team.
This role will lead efforts in expanding our presence in the Outer South Eastern Region of Melbourne. Identifying new business opportunities while maintaining the relationship with our current client base and management across the internal team.

Functional Responsibilities
- To Provide Positive and Organised Office Administration
- Motivate team members to contribute to the overall efficient office administration.
- Diary management travel itinerary preparation scheduling and eventcoordination.
- Effectively handle queries and complaints via phone email and general
- correspondence.
- Management of office systems and procedures as required.
- Manage procurement of all office supplies of stationery supplies equipment andfurniture.
- Smooth operation within the office
- Observe and practice the Simply Helping WHS and Quality policy guidelines andprocedures.
- To Collaborate with Other Team Members to Optimise Company Standards
- Attend to Personal Administration duties directed by the Franchise Owner
- Perform ad-hoc and project work as directed by the Franchise Owner
- Completion of all reporting on enquiries and complaints
- To Maximise Personal Development and Participate in Quality Improvement Activities
- Completing all orientation and induction requirements
- Conduct internal staff annual performance reviews
- Taking up opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge through undertaking Business and other Educational activities
- Recognising limits of knowledge or expertise and referring appropriately
- Contributing towards growth and development of Simply Helping Outer South East
Key Selection Criteria
- Experience working in the healthcare industry
- Diploma in Business Administration (beneficial but not mandatory)
- Current Australian Drivers Licence.
- A valid Working With Childrens Check (WWCC E) or Blue Card.
- A current NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Not subject to any banning orders demonstrating a clean and compliant record.
