Job Summary
You will work on a highend industrial production site specialized in luxury textile manufacturing.
The environment is production critical where IT reliability and responsiveness are essential to support daily operations and business users.
Scope:
You will be fully on site integrated into the local IT team supporting production teams as well as officebased staff working on the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT support on site
- Support production IT systems and standard IT environments
- Troubleshoot incidents impacting production and operations
- Deploy configure and maintain workstations peripherals and devices
- Support users in a Windows and Microsoft 365 environment
- Manage tickets documentation and basic IT procedures
- Contribute to service continuity and continuous improvement
Qualifications :
Requirements :
- 46 years of experience in IT support / infrastructure / workplace roles
- Experience in an industrial or production environment is a strong plus
- Good knowledge of:
- Windows 10 / 11
- Microsoft 365
- Active Directory / Entra ID
- Handson proactive and eager to learn
- Strong team spirit and service mindset
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- French proficiency is required for onsite collaboration
