Banquet Waiter

• Set up banquet venues according to event orders including tables chairs linens and service equipment
• Provide professional food and beverage service during banquets conferences weddings and special events
• Serve food and beverages efficiently following service sequences and quality standards
• Attend prefunction briefings to understand event requirements menus and service flow
• Liaise with supervisors kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service execution
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas before during and after events
• Clear tables and reset spaces promptly and efficiently between courses or events
• Handle guest requests and queries politely escalating issues when necessary
• Adhere strictly to hygiene health and safety standards
• Follow hotel policies brand standards and grooming guidelines
• Assist with breakdown and storage of banquet equipment after events
• Support colleagues and supervisors to ensure overall guest satisfaction

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a Banquet Waiter or Food & Beverage Server in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Good communication skills and a positive professional attitude
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions
• Knowledge of hygiene safety and foodhandling practices is an advantage
