[ISO] Front-end Software Engineer (React)

This project focuses on developing solutions that support global organisations in protecting their workforce and ensuring business continuity. It aims to strengthen health safety and risk-management capabilities by leveraging modern technology real-time insights and preventive strategies. The team works on building reliable secure and scalable systems that help companies maintain operational resilience and respond effectively to critical events.

Qualifications :

Expectations the experience you need

• 5 years of professional experience as a Front-end Software Engineer;
• Expert-level React and TypeScript development;
• Enterprise UI framework expertise (Radix UI shadcn/ui or similar);
• Design system implementation and component library development;
• Responsive and mobile-first design (cross-device layouts and adaptive interfaces);
• Modern CSS architecture (CSS-in-JS Tailwind styled-components etc.);
• Strong visual design sense and UI/UX principles;
• API integration backend services (REST);
• Understanding API patterns and data contracts;
• AWS frontend infrastructure knowledge (CloudFront S3 Amplify)

Important Skills:

• Accessibility standards (WCAG compliance semantic HTML ARIA);
• Modern frontend architecture patterns and state management (Zustand Jotai Context API or similar);
• Performance optimization and bundle management (Webpack Vite);
• Familiarity with animation and micro-interaction libraries when needed (Motion GSAP or similar);
• Real-time data handling and WebSocket integration;
• Frontend testing frameworks (Vitest React Testing Library Playwright);
• Git workflow and CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployments;
• Understanding of design tools and workflows (Figma collaboration);
• Familiarity with AI/LLM feature integration from a frontend perspective;
• Experience with enterprise content management systems (Strapi Sitecore);

• Strong attention to detail in UI implementation and visual polish;
