Job Summary
Your night as a Night Receptionist
Together with your Front Office colleagues you ensure that our guests have a pleasant stay. This includes helping guests with questions and checking them in and out. The team you will work with is young social and spontaneous. As a night receptionist you will work the night shift (11 pm - 7 am). You are an important link between the evening and morning shifts ensuring a smooth administrative transition. Additionally you are the point of contact for our guests during the night.
Qualifications :
We are looking for someone with passion for hospitality someone who is enthusiastic outgoing and has an eye for detail. Additionally you:
- Have (preferably) experience in the Front Office;
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent knowledge of the English language preferably also Dutch;
- You are flexible for two days per week and open to also work an evening shift;
- You have experience with PMS Opera/ Opera Cloud or similar systems.
