Operations Engineer, Senior (Azure DevOps, AWS Serverless)
Job Summary
We are looking for an Operations Engineer Senior who will:
Act as thefirst responderfor production incidents and exceptions ensuringquick triage and resolutionof critical issues.
Collaborate withdevelopment QA and architecture teamsto improveobservability logging and alertingacross the application stack.
Handledeployment and configurationof the ACB solution in production environments.
Monitor thefunctionality and performanceof the ACB solution and ensure uptime and reliability.
Create and maintainoperational playbooksand SOPs for recurring tasks and incident handling.
Participate inAgile ceremoniesincluding sprint planning backlog grooming and DevOps activities.
Mentor junior engineers providing guidance and support to help them grow.
Work closely withglobal teams and stakeholdersacross time zones to ensure seamless operations.
Is this opportunity right for you We are looking for candidates having:
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related technical field.
Minimum5years of experiencein managing and operatingenterprise-grade applications.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability totackle complex technical challenges.
Hands-on experience withCI/CD toolsAzure DevOpspreferred.
Proficiency inscripting languages(e.g. Python Bash) andrelational databaseslikePostgreSQL or SQL Server.
Experience indeploying and managing cloud-native applicationsusingAWS services.
Exposure to thetelecom billing domainis a strong advantage.
Excellentcommunication and customer support skills.
Willingness to participate inon-call rotationand handle production support.
