Digital Systems Engineer

As part of our Digital Team youll play a hands-on role in developing and maintaining our CRM digital product stack integrations and automations ensuring our systems are reliable user-friendly and impactful every day.

Key Responsibilities

Design Build & Improve Internal Systems

• Customise and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Build and maintain integrations using APIs
• Develop automations and backend services (e.g. Azure Functions)
• Improve system reliability performance and data quality

Own Internal Digital Products

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand user needs
• Turn requirements into smart scalable technical solutions
• Deliver improvements iteratively and measure their impact
• Balance quick wins with long-term system enhancements

Support & Enable Colleagues

• Act as an escalation point for technical issues
• Investigate and resolve problems efficiently
• Provide training documentation and guidance to empower teams

Contribute to the Wider Digital Team

• Help shape technical standards and ways of working
• Share knowledge and support colleagues across the team
• Spot opportunities where digital tools can drive meaningful improvements

Qualifications :

Experience designing and maintaining internal digital systems

Strong understanding of APIs integrations and data flows

Ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical users and stakeholders

A pragmatic user-focused approach to building digital tools

Strong programming experience
