Hygiene Operative - Gateshead

Shifts: 4 days on 4 days off (6am-6pm rotating with 6pm-6am)

Salary 14.40 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Health and Safety Policies and procedures ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Safely store and use chemicals in accordance with COSHH and HAZOP regulations.
• Maintain adherence to cleaning procedures and hygiene systems to meet internal and customer expectations.
• Deliver service outcomes to production within the area of responsibility ensuring on-time in-full delivery of clean equipment for production.
• Highlight any gaps in skills and actively seek opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications :

Were seeking someone who is reliable self-motivated and has a keen attention to detail. Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is preferred along with basic qualifications in Food Hygiene Working at Height and COSHH. A basic understanding of HACCP principles is also beneficial.

Additional Information :

Working 4 days on and 4 days off. The shift patterns will be 6am-6pm alternating with 6pm-6am on a rotation basis
