Schedule & Location Details
This position is located at the Indianapolis International Airport and operates:
- Monday through Sunday (Nights and Weekends)
- 5:00 AM 11 PM (Shifts Vary)
TARGET START DATE
The anticipated start date for this position can range from late June through August depending on hiring and onboarding timelines.
Requirements
- Proven ability to increase sales and drive business growth
- Strong team building and leadership skills
- Experience with employee scheduling and labor management
- Knowledge of product ordering inventory management and setting pars
- Experience with P&L reconciliation and cost control
- Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
- Promotes and embodies the companys Heart Culture.
- Provides an exceptional overall customer experience
- Identifies operational challenges and coaches team members on solutions
- Consistently delivers high levels of service and hospitality
- Motivates team members to exceed customer expectations and sales goals
- Assists the team in achieving positive sales and profit trends

- Proficient in all café operations including food preparation smoothies specialty drinks and prep work
- Demonstrates sound decision-making during uncertain or high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Passionate and knowledgeable about food and hospitality
- Responds to opportunities and operational needs with urgency
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Capable of managing a team of 20 employees
- Experience overseeing daily operations
- Ability to manage labor costs food costs and waste control
- Ability to lead coach and develop a management team
- Ensures food quality standards and positive guest experiences
Position Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the food industry
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience
