General Manager Warwick Rittenhouse Square
A historic Philadelphia landmark is entering an exciting new chapter and we are seeking a dynamic hands-on General Manager to lead it.
Located in the heart of iconic Rittenhouse Square the 301-room Warwick Rittenhouse Square is a nearly 100-year-old Grande Dame hotel undergoing a major transformation as it evolves into a Marriott Tribute Portfolio property. The hotel features over 18000 square feet of meeting and event space multiple food & beverage outlets and a residential component creating a highly visible complex and high-touch operating environment.
This is not a maintenance GM role.
This is a transformational leadership opportunity for an experienced hospitality executive who can:
- Lead through renovation and repositioning
- Elevate culture and accountability
- Drive operational excellence and guest experience
- Partner effectively with ownership brand union leadership and residential stakeholders
- Build a high-performing leadership team
- Position the hotel as one of Philadelphias premier lifestyle destinations
The ideal candidate brings:
- Significant full-service hotel GM experience
- REQUIRED Marriott brand experience
- Experience leading unionized hotel environments
- Strong financial acumen labor management and operational discipline
- Experience with renovations repositioning or major transitions preferred
- Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction team engagement and commercial performance
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced highly visible environment with multiple stakeholders
