A historic Philadelphia landmark is entering an exciting new chapter and we are seeking a dynamic hands-on General Manager to lead it.

Located in the heart of iconic Rittenhouse Square the 301-room Warwick Rittenhouse Square is a nearly 100-year-old Grande Dame hotel undergoing a major transformation as it evolves into a Marriott Tribute Portfolio property. The hotel features over 18000 square feet of meeting and event space multiple food & beverage outlets and a residential component creating a highly visible complex and high-touch operating environment.

This is not a maintenance GM role.

This is a transformational leadership opportunity for an experienced hospitality executive who can:

• Lead through renovation and repositioning
• Elevate culture and accountability
• Drive operational excellence and guest experience
• Partner effectively with ownership brand union leadership and residential stakeholders
• Build a high-performing leadership team
• Position the hotel as one of Philadelphias premier lifestyle destinations

The ideal candidate brings:

• Significant full-service hotel GM experience
• REQUIRED Marriott brand experience
• Experience leading unionized hotel environments
• Strong financial acumen labor management and operational discipline
• Experience with renovations repositioning or major transitions preferred
• Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction team engagement and commercial performance
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced highly visible environment with multiple stakeholders
