About the Role
- Deliver evidence-based psychological therapy.
- Conduct assessments (tools provided and sourced as needed).
- Collaborate with families educators and multidisciplinary colleagues.
- Prepare high-quality reports and documentation.
- Optional involvement in group programs workshops or service development.
- Participation in team meetings supervision and learning days.
- Optional provision of supervision where appropriately endorsed.
What Youll Bring
Essential
- Current AHPRA registration as a Psychologist (General or Clinical).
- Eligibility to provide NDIS and Medicare services.
- Strong experience working independently with clients.
- Ethical reflective and client-centered practice approach.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).
Highly Desirable
- Ideally 5 years post-registration experience (open to strong applicants with slightly less experience).
- Board-approved supervisor status or willingness to work toward endorsement (supported by Beam).
- Experience or interest in supervising provisional psychologists.
- Experience working with children adolescents and families.
- Assessment experience including developmental behavioural or autism assessments.
