As a Senior AI Engineer you will apply strong technical and business knowledge to ensure successful outcomes across multiple AI services. You will act as a senior technical contributor and mentor influencing architecture reliability and delivery standards across teams.

As a Senior AI Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Executing and leading the evaluation design analysis testing and integration of complex AI model serving solutions.

• Designing and reviewing serving architectures across multiple services applying system- and service-level engineering practices.

• Driving adoption of controlled rollout and rollback patterns to ensure safe and predictable production changes.

• Ensuring serving solutions meet performance scalability cost and reliability expectations through proactive design and review.

• Leading or participating in cross-team design and architecture reviews ensuring consistency with serving and reliability standards.

• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to engineers across teams promoting best practices in model serving.

• Collaborating with Platform & MLOps Reliability & Support Security Data and Product teams to resolve cross-service challenges.

• Ensuring appropriate operational artifacts are in place including documentation runbooks telemetry expectations and integration guidance.

• Identifying systemic issues in serving solutions and driving improvements that raise the overall quality and reliability of AI services.

Fuel Your Passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Artificial Intelligence or a related technical field.

• Have extensive experience delivering and operating production-grade backend or AI-enabled services.

• Have strong expertise in backend programming languages such as Python.

• Proven experience designing microservice-based cloud-native architectures.

• Strong understanding of API design versioning and integration patterns.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.

• Have solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines containerization and DevOps practices.

• Have Experience conducting design reviews mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction.

• Be able to communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Have experience with real-time AI inference GenAI serving and performance- and cost-aware serving patterns is a strong advantage.
