This position is part of the Purchasing Team and plays an important role in ensuring the company has the right inventory available at the right time to support customer demand and internal operations. The role blends purchasing inventory coordination logistics and analytical problem solving within a fast-moving supply chain environment. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work multitasking and collaborating with both domestic and international teams.
Job Duties:
Processing purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
Communicating with suppliers regarding pricing order status and product availability
Monitoring inventory levels and supporting replenishment planning
Receiving incoming shipments into the inventory management system to ensure stock accuracy
Resolving discrepancies involving orders deliveries and invoices
Supporting purchasing analytics and inventory reporting
Conducting inventory counts and monitoring inventory transaction accuracy
Tracking inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery
Coordinating with freight forwarders carriers warehouses and internal teams
Reviewing shipping documents including bills of lading packing lists and invoices
Supporting international shipment documentation and freight coordination
Maintaining purchasing logistics and inventory records and reports
Assisting with part number weights and measures standardization
Supporting Safety Data Sheet (SDS) record management and compliance activities

Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Inventory purchasing logistics or freight coordination experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Comfort working with international teams and across time zones
Strong computer proficiency and analytical skills
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
