Job Summary

HEALTH SCIENCES STORE - MERCHANDISING & RECEIVING ASSISTANT
Salary: $17.90
Department: Health Sciences Store
Days/Hours:
12-15 hrs/wk; Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Occasional weekend shifts to support larger department operations.
Duties:
Assist in receiving and maintaining inventory. Responsibilities includes checking in and detail receiving incoming merchandise (counting tagging and data entry) as well as manage/organize the with E-Commerce order fulfillment process FedEx packages and complete various projects as assigned. Assist in preparing and developing necessary cross departmental SOPs. Product knowledge and training will be provided.
Duties will include delivering products throughout the UCLA campus.
Provide general operational support to other store departments. Assist with miscellaneous tasks/projects.
Requirements:
Able to work independently and handle tasks in a fast-paced team environment. Have strong communication and computer skills. Detail oriented and organized. Must be able to do work that requires frequent bending lifting pushing walking and standing.
Able to work a minimum of 10 hours per week including FINALS week and Break week.
Winter Spring and Summer break availability highly desired.
