We are looking for a creative organized and motivated Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content engaging with the community coordinating events and helping execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

This role will support day-to-day marketing efforts including email communications social media management content creation community partnerships and event coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented collaborative eager to learn and passionate about building strong customer relationships and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Communications

• Create and schedule email marketing campaigns newsletters and customer communications
• Write engaging content for blogs website pages and promotional campaigns
• Assist with maintaining consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels
• Support campaign planning and execution for sales service and community initiatives

Social Media Management

• Create and publish social media content across Facebook Instagram TikTok LinkedIn and other platforms
• Assist with content planning social calendars and campaign execution
• Capture photo and video content for social media and marketing campaigns
• Monitor social engagement respond to comments/messages when needed and identify trends or opportunities

Community & Event Coordination

• Help coordinate dealership and community events sponsorships and partnerships
• Assist with planning logistics ordering materials and event setup
• Build relationships with local organizations partners and vendors
• Support community outreach initiatives and promotional opportunities

Team Support

• Assist with ordering marketing materials swag signage and promotional items
• Support the marketing team with various day-to-day tasks and special projects
• Maintain organized marketing files assets and reporting documents

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Public Relations or related field preferred
• Internship or prior experience in marketing communications social media or events is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using social media platforms and basic content creation tools
• Organized dependable and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of Canva Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is a plus
• Photography and video editing experience is a bonus
