Marketing Coordinator (Community Partnerships)

As Marketing Coordinator (Community Partnerships) you will play a frontline role in delivering some of the Universitys most visible and impactful community partnerships (sponsorships).
You will collaborate across teams to translate highprofile partnership agreements into meaningful activations events and marketing activity that elevate the Universitys brand and strengthen its connection with local and regional communities.
In this role you will:
- Manage and deliver a portfolio of strategic community partnerships from contract through to activation serving as the primary relationship contact and ensuring agreed benefits are realised.
- Plan and lead partnership activations and communityfacing events that enhance brand presence and create positive authentic engagement.
- Coordinate marketing and communications activity across events and digital and owned channels highlighting the value and outcomes of partnerships.
- Oversee multiple projects concurrently managing budgets timelines and reporting while working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
This continuing position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal land).
How will you inspire us
You will have:
- Demonstrated experience across marketing and community-faced events with a proven track record delivering and activating strategic partnerships.
- Strong stakeholder management capability with the ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience creating content for digital platforms.
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours with regular weekend work required to support events.

The remuneration for this position isHigher Education Worker Level 6 17%superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
